John Ott is responsible for business development and management at Quality Project Management, LLC (QPM). With over 25 years of construction and project management experience, John will assist the Vice President of Business Development in developing and managing new clients, projects, and programs.
Prior to joining QPM, John specialized in business development for Lend Lease Construction, supporting the Multi-site Group and focusing on development of new clients. His professional background also includes owning and operating a successful general construction company which generated over $7 million in annual revenues. In addition, he served as project manager for Fifth Third Bank, where he was actively involved in acquisitions, conversions, new growth, and remodeling.
As part of his wide-ranging experience, John directed installation of McDonald’s McCafé brand rollout program in New York City, which included converting more than 350 locations and involved sourcing general contractor bidding and selections, expediting, construction management, and the final closeout of the project.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in business communication and management from Xavier University. He has also completed extensive coursework in construction management at the University of Cincinnati. Currently residing in Cincinnati, John is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM).
